Base Building Plus - Well
To craft a well, first find a Well Bucket, a rope and a shovel.
Make sure Well Bucket inventory is empty and combine it with rope to create a Well Kit. Use the kit to place the well where you want. It has the same placement restrictions as a garden plot. Then use shovel to begin building.
